Suite Caroline, Chili Blaze, 2012 - For more than 25 years, the city of Pinellas Park, Fla. has held its annual Country in the Park, a celebration held in March. Several years into the celebration the Pinellas Park Fire Department began holding a Chili Blaze the night before Country in the Park as a way to raise money for MDA. In 2012, Sweet Caroline (real name: Caroline Kole) performed at the Chili Blaze. While I'm not big into country music, I've got to admit, she really rocked.
