In 2020, the city of Pinellas Park, Florida canceled its annual Christmas parade, due to the COVID pandemic. The following week, though, the city decided to have an impromptu parade, which meandered along secondary roads along neighborhoods and used mainly city and county vehicles. When a pandemic hits, everything changes.
